From 1 Oct 2026 those applications must be submitted through Immigration Online (paper intake ceases for these categories)

Immigration New Zealand: from 1 October 2026, applications for selected visitor and transit visas must be submitted online via Immigration Online, ending paper intake for those categories. A new Short-Term Graduate Work Visa and extended Post-Study Work rights also launch 16 November 2026.
